Puppy Contracts & Agreements-

Every puppy placed through our program is accompanied by a detailed contract designed to protect the wellbeing of the dog and clarify expectations for both breeder and buyer.

What Our Contracts Include:

• Health guarantees and veterinary care requirements

• Spay/neuter agreements or breeding rights (if applicable)

• Return and rehoming policies

• Buyer responsibilities for care, training, and communication

• Transport terms and liability boundaries

Contracts must be reviewed and signed before the puppy’s go-home date. We’re happy to walk you through each section and answer any questions to ensure clarity and confidence.

Please note:

• We do not release puppies without a signed contract.

• If third-party transport is chosen, our responsibility ends once the puppy leaves our care.
