We prioritize hands-on care and personal connection when it comes to sending our puppies home. Here's how our transport options work:

• Local Pickup Preferred: We encourage families to pick up their puppy in person whenever possible. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet us, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance as your puppy begins their journey home.

• Personal Delivery: For select regional trips, we may offer personal delivery. Availability depends on distance, scheduling, and weather — please inquire for details.

• Third-Party Transport: If we’re unable to travel, families may arrange transport through a trusted third-party service. While we’re happy to help coordinate, please note:

• We are not responsible for any issues that arise once the puppy leaves our care.

• We ensure your puppy is healthy, secure, and ready for travel at the time of handoff.

Our priority is always the safety, wellbeing, and smooth transition of each puppy. If you have questions about logistics or want help exploring options, we’re here to support you.

Personal Delivery Transport Pricing-

We offer limited personal delivery options for families unable to pick up their puppy in person. All transport availability is subject to location, scheduling, and weather conditions.

Pricing Structure-

• Base Fee: $50

• Mileage Rate: $0.89 per mile, calculated round trip from our location

• Major City Drop-Off: Additional $200 fee applies for deliveries to major metropolitan areas

• Transport availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance.

• We reserve the right to decline delivery based on distance, weather, or scheduling conflicts.

• For third-party transport arrangements, we are not liable for any issues once the puppy leaves our care.
