How Our E-Sign Contract Process Works:
We’ve streamlined our contract process to make it simple, secure, and convenient for our clients. Here’s what to expect:
1. Initial Inquiry & Waitlist Confirmation:
- Once you express interest in an upcoming litter, we’ll send you a Waitlist Agreement via email.
- This document outlines your place in line, wait-list/deposit terms, and key policies.
- You’ll receive a secure link to review and sign electronically.
2. Puppy Selection & Purchase Contract:
- When it’s time to choose your puppy, we’ll send a Puppy Purchase Contract tailored to your selection.
- This includes health guarantees, spay/neuter agreements, and pickup details.
- You’ll sign via e-signature, and a copy will be automatically emailed to you for your records.
3. Final Confirmation & Payment:
- Once contracts are signed, we’ll confirm your puppy’s reservation and provide payment instructions.
- All documents are stored securely and accessible to you at any time.
4. Ongoing Support:
- We’re here for questions before, during, and after the signing process.
- Our goal is to make every step feel confident, clear, and supported.
